If there are two downsides of the 5800X3D, it’s that it doesn’t support overclocking all right now. And now, we have to assume that’ll be the case. While this isn’t a slam dunk for most gamers, the 3D V-Cache technology is ambitious and promises good things for Zen 4, even if it appears there. If you missed it, the AMD’s Ryzen 7 5800X3D was released last week and is a huge CPU. And that a motherboard with a cost of six99 dollars appears to be the key of the latest in the impressive overclock. The recent announcement came from the internal control machine MSI, TSAIK, who managed to reach 5.14GHz in the X570 powered hard drive. If the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D is a supposedly “locked” chip, it looks like it has spent much time overclocked at release time. Using the cost of the expensive X570 motherboard, MSI still has the ability to do that.
